I signed into this site because it appeared to be an auction site. I registered in order to be able to surf to see what they auction. As soon as I put in my credit card number, a bar across the top of the site said I had 165 active bids and 50 bonus bids. I didn't even know what it meant. I had only registered and this instantly happened. I called an 800 support number and was told I'd bid on something and was charged $99, and sure enough, I found another tab that showed that to be the case. I was told I could email a request for a refund and 'someone will get back to me in 24-72 hours. I went in and deleted my credit card number, but can't get the bid off my account. I did receive an email in response to my call saying they will call me back. Tomorrow I'll call my credit card company and hopefully they can block this charge. IT'S A HORRID SCAM.

  • Hey Gail---- Their doin it to everyone, me too! These guys on this site talk themselves up pretty good but I'm wondering what EXACTLY their doin' to help the thousands of consumers that got scammed and KEEP gettin' scammed minute by minute or are they just SPECTATING like the rest of us. The difference is most of us don't have their credentials that's why we're SPECTATING. Maybe these guys are AWESOME and gettin' something done. They should post their progress against these scamming companies, including court dates and filings.( IF THERE IS ANY) Might just be ADVERTISING for them!!!!!!!!!!! WHO KNOWS

  • Sorry, but I think (to to offend too much) but you guys are full of crap. First off It didn't say you bidded on something it said "you purchased something" and you did. a $99 bid package. You said so your self. "I put in my cc info and it said I purchased and then bids showed up" how is that a scam? and Gail: did you put in your cc# billing address, shipping address, cvv code, and agree to terms of use? I believe you probably did. Then your upset you bought a package? What did you think it was for?

  • One more thing, notice it says "verified report" tricky words also, it doesn't say "verified scam" it just says verified report. Well I am willing to verify that you reported it also.

  • SORRY JOHN, But I think your FULL of crap and I think you work for "bid rack" well GET READY because scambook.com filed a class action LAWSUIT
against you guys yesterday and I'm gonna participate in it and ask the judge for jail time for ALL you crooks that work for "bidrack.com". If you researched ALL the complaints against bidrack you could probably, (WELL MAYBE NOT), figure out that ALL those consumers can't all be wrong. Good business is a company that tries to make the consumer HAPPY not take their money and refuse all refunds. Good luck in JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!
