From a Radio add for a product called Ageless Male 30 day free trill just shipping and handling $ 5.99. I spoke with their sale Rep: Justin who told me all about the product. In his sale pitch he said after 30 days I would be placed on Auto Shipping for the next order. (I stop him) told him I didn`t want to have this auto shiped to me I will call you if I want the next order, he tried to show be the benifits, again I told him NO! He said ok I will not be auto shiped. I went to my bank on Thursday 8/4/11 to learn New Vitility have charged my Debit Card $67.89. Friday 8/5/11 am I contacted New Vitility customer spoke with Lamarra which informed me that a supervisor would contact me, (no one returned my call) Friday afternoon I contacted New Vitality again spoke with Zoose) splling my not be correct:) I was put on hold, he told me a supervisor was viewing the tape recording of my call, and would contact me. Friday afternoon supervisor Andy did call, I was not able to talk with him until Monday 8/8/11. he informed me he had lissen to the tape and didn`t hear me tell the rep: Justin I didn`t want the next shipment and if I didn`t want the shipment I had to contact New Vitility to cancle the order.(the auto shipment came to my house Saturday 8/6/11, not 30 days after the first order, but about 4 days. I did a return to sender Monday morning) Andy did play the tape for me I didn`t hear myself telling the rep: Justin not to auto ship the product. I know someone erased my ststement from the tape. I have cancled my Debit Care, contacted Better Business, now you.

If they would do something like this to me, how many other people this is happening to.

    I am deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.

    We do not automatically apply a charge and shipment to your credit card after the first order has shipped, that will only happen if you desire to get a discount on future orders by signing up for our "Super Saver Program". I would like to get your order information to research your problem and try and both satisfy you as a customer and possibly learn if there was any fault on our representative side by listening to the calls when they came into our center. We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction. Please call our Customer Service Department and speak with our department manager Marques, that phone number is 1-800-943-6465 and his extension is 1236. I promise that we will do everything possible to make you a happy customer.
