I joined Hubmemberaccess.com to look up an owner of a car. I am not quite sure of the date and the charge was put on my Visa. I was able to access for about 1 1/2 months. Now I can't access the web site. When I joined it was for 1 year. The web site is gone and so is my money. I think it was a scam.
