I signed up with them to get a local number that was supposed to go through GlobalTelLink in order to make the calls cheaper. However, I was never able to get the number set up, and they never helped me to do so, as they promised they would, and of course have not ever refunded me my money, as they of course promised they would if they could not make the number work. The following is a course of emails that were sent, not to mention phone calls that were never returned. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY ONE EVER USING THEM!!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO!!

I have still received no information from anyone on this!!!!! I need some information NOW!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BILL MY ACCOUNT ANY FURTHER MONEY!!! THIS IN AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT TELLING YOU THIS ON THIS DAY, FRIDAY, APRIL 20TH, 2012! I HAVE KEPT ALL EMAILS, AND RECORDED PHONE CALL, AND WILL SUE YOUR COMPANY! I WANT MY ORIGINAL MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, AS ORIGINALLY PROMISED ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE, WITH INVOICE # 19808, when I spoke with Alykai. I paid for 6 months at $69.95 + a one time set-up fee of $14.95 + one day activation of $19.95 = $104.85. I was given the number (912) 550-2280, and told to call (214) 810-2280 or email if I had any problems getting my account set up. Well we see how far that has gotten me! No one answers at that number, i just get a voicemail, that no one ever returns, and have emailed, numerous times to no avail! I want my full amount refunded, as this number has never done me one bit of good, as I have never been able to set it up, and you never tried to help me. You gave me a website that didn't work, then turned around and gave me the same website I told you didn't work in my first email! So I need my money put back in my account ASAP. Not just when it is just convenient for you, but as fast as you took it out of my account!
