On Feb 15 2012 I orderd a schoolhouse clock from clocks mall.
When the clock did not arrive at the scheduled date ,i called clocksmall
and asked where my clock was. i spoke to a person named James.
He could not locate my order due to computer problems ,and promised to call back. no callback so i called and was told the clock was on backorder.
I cancelled the order and was told they would credit my credit card account.
they billed the card on the same day i ordered the clock. they do not resdpond to calls or emails. my charge of 147.04 is in dispute .Fear that clocksmall will never return my money. beware of this site.
