after ordering a DVD from BBVHotMovie then a few days later my account showed an additional mystery debit of $9.95 . . . via Google i saw the thousands of complaints on the company, i called my bank, i called the company, the rep informed me that i had agreed to purchase a "membership" . . . i complained loudly and threatened to fight through my bank so BBV then sent me two e-mails stating it will make two refunds to my account -- well, we'll see . . . bottom line is that i don't like the way BBV operates and i told the BBV rep that i will return the DVD when it arrives . . . BBV debited my account at least three times when all i expected was a single charge for one DVD . . . i need to review my bank account prior to 04/16/2012 to see if there are any other charges that i missed . . .
