had previously ordered from BenFranklin.com and while it took over 3 weeks, I did receive my order. The next time took over a month and the backordered portion is still not here 7 weeks later...no replies to emails...in fact emails sent this morning were returned as undeliverable. My latest order (before I realized they are not just slow, but probably dishonest) was placed April 8, and just like before I immediately received an email that they were processing my order and the money was charged to my credit card....but no merchandise and no response and now...no place to even email....the phone number is also no longer listed anywhere on their site.
