I had dealings with this so called "company" last year when they took about 70 quid from my account, did some digging and found out who they were, rang them and basically got laughed off the phone. Rang again a few times and finally got told to cancel my "account" I had to write to them, which I did and never heard anything back, stupidly I know, but I forgot all about them until I received my bank statement and another 59.94 has been taken :( Am I going to have to cancel my bank account? Is this really the only way to stop them? I'm really worried about this and scared to tell my partner :(
