I tried to cancel this class after paying $16,500. They are definitely a scam and they are good at it. I called the Attorney Generals office in Washington, DC. Please call them. I am getting a lawyer. I was able to get $4,000 back through my credit card. On my contract it shows that I paid $24,999.00. Our class was told that they guarantee that we will make our money back or they will pay us! They ran out of there books and cd's because so many people went ahead and signed up. There is no guarantee as I was going to try and sell my program and called PMI to get the guarantee in writing. I was told that I must have misunderstood!! Granted, maybe someone in my class attended the Las Vegas 3-day, Insiders Edge opportunity for real estate deals that no one else knows about, and maybe they were able to get something going. The problem is, that you can take a real estate class and get liscensed for very little money. You can buy the tax lien books for $29.95 and the real estate class they charge $1997.00 covers a lot of information that most people know about if they are interested in real estate. These books cost about $49.95. They charge everyone different amounts so the contract I have is not valid because I never finished paying for it but they put on the contract that I had paid the entire amount.
The company is located in Utah. I will be hiring a lawyer to get back the rest of my money. We need a class action going and get these scammers shut down. The only time they call is when they are threatened with a problem in payment. I even got a call here recently. I don't bother speaking with them.. they are cheats and I hope they all go to jail

- Broken. I have went through everything you stated above. They even guaranteed us as well and all the credit card companies can tell me is since they can't verify that or any conversations that we also had via phone when they did scam us out of another $3000 then there isn't anything the credit card companies can do as the only receipts I have state a 3 day cancellation. There is no way you realize in 3 days if it is a scam when something that you paid for either won't be finished in 3 days or doesn't even start until a month away. Doesn't matter anyway, as I have already read that some people did try to cancel within the 3 days and they still wouldn't give them their money back. How can these people get away with this. We can't afford to have been scammed out of almost $16,000. I was just wondering two different things. One, how did you manage to get a credit card company to get you back $4000 and two did anything ever come of you calling the Attorney General's Office or contacting an attorney? Has anyone told you what your chances are with getting anymore of your money back?

- I attended a weekend seminar with my husband, offered by Dean Graziosi, expecting to get the ins and outs on how to make money in the real estate game. It was so void of actual information. They man running it did not encourage questions being asked and my husband and I was left with more questions than we started with. We were told that all will be explained to us in more detail once we paid ($1,997) for classes and coaching. Coaching that was supposed to walk us through everything step by step and then the money was supposed to start rolling in. Yeah ok!!!
What makes it even more confusing is that Dean Graziosi doesn’t even teach you himself. Coaching is turned over to a company called PMI. Who exactly are these people??
My husband did some research and it Dean Graziosi does not have a very good reputation as delivering on his promises. He’s linked to Insider’s Edge and Insider’s Financial as well. Which these companies are all over as being scams. I just really wish my husband and I would have done that research before we ended up spending almost ($23,000) on absolutely NOTHING!!!
No coaches have returned our calls and we are left with more questions and more regrets.
I was on another complaint board and another woman was in the same boat as I am. She told me about this guy Russell she spoke with 260.357.2872. I’ve spoken to him on several occasions and he’s really helping my husband and I. we don’t have to pay any money upfront either. LOVE IT!!!!
I’m tired of these companies like Dean Graziosi, PMI, Insider’s Edge and Insider’s Financial thinking they can just come around and take money from people who work so hard to make ends meet. I mean really??!! The whole purpose was to create a better and more secure future for family and they’ve done nothing but put us further in a hole that we are struggling to get out of.
DEAN GRAZIOSI I PRAY YOU GET WHAT IS COMING TO YOU!!!
