Sent back a malfunctioning DVD Recorder/VCR combo unit under warranty. Rather than repair or provide a replacement, as per the warranty, they gave me a coupon for $220 which can only be used for 90 days on the Toshiba Direct web site -- which does not have any DVD/VCR models nor anything else I want near that price. They also don't respond to phone calls and have no email mechanism for complaints.
