I ordered a Nikon Lens online and next day I recieved an email indicating a problem with the order. I called and there rep and he told me I forgot to provide credit card security code to complete the order. In my mind I was thinking I received a confirmation email immediately after the order was placed so I shouldn't have an issue. Then he told me the lens I ordered is an imported model which comes with cheap plastic mount unlike the USA that has metal mount. I was disappointed but I went with the order anyway. After all said and done he ask " Are you sure you want that lens? I can sell you a Sigma lens that would out perform the Nikon lens." but I refused and he got frastrated with me right away. I chose the free shipping which takes 12~15 days to arrived, then I waited until the 10 day and log onto there website to check the order status It shows cancelled by The Digital Hunter.

This company advertised cheap price online and do not delivered the product. They will cancel your order without an email notification. There business strategy is to send you an email notifying you a problem with your order and needed to call for resolution. Then they will promote something else and try to cancel your original order.

I strongly not recommending anyone doing business with them. Consumer affairs should presue Legal action against this company by false advertising on web. There are many others has experienced same issues and posted there review on web.
