Returned 7 boxes of unopened Dyflogest. Told it would take 4-6 weeks from return date which was 3-9-12. Then when I follow up with customer svc. Which is really let's put people off svc, I'm told it'll take 6-8 weeks to generate a refund check. I don't think they have any intention in fulfilling this return. Becky in cust. svc. @ 1-855-419-6510 hung up on me and before that was trying to put me off verbally as I was insisting that she follow up with the refund dept. This is totally illegal what they are getting away with!!
