I rec'd a letter stating I had won a $150,000.00 US Dollar Lottery drawing for shopping at Walmart, Cosco, Home Depot or Walgreens in the last 2yrs. I went to my bank asked them if they had heard of any scams and I was told "YES". I was told that my account will be closed if this is a bad check so I decided NOT to deposit it and do some more investigating. I pulled the company name up on line and sure as heck, it was a BIG SCAM!
