I recieved this certificate in the mail today and a red flag appeared. I googled and found this site. I knew it was too good to be true, because if I actually won 2,575,000.00 and this was legit; why can't they deduct the delivery fee from the winnings? I am so glad I checked; I may be unemployed and desparate, but not that desparate.
