i joined this so-called "club" over a year ago. as soon as i figured out it was worthless. knowing it renews every year, i canceled.
i have a different debit card now. a few weeks ago , i got an email saying they couldn't obtain my dues for this year. well , that debit card i used at first is void and long gone. so i just shook my head and ignored it. this morning (weeks later), i check my bank account and they somehow charged me $99 on my new debit card !!! it caused me to be overdrawn !!!........NOT HAPPY.
this evening i came across this web site , and noticed several complaints about $99 and valu-pass. how in the hell can they get info on a different debit card ???

- This company told me they do NOT give even partial refunds on their 99.00 memberships. I NEVER received any hard copies of membership materials as they promised, and they treated me as though I were incompetent at using their website. I need my money back from this scamming company.
