We were balancing our checkbook when we noticed this charge from Pro-Resv. My husband and I both use our account but neither of us had ordered anything from nor had we heard of them. We only order from reputable companies online for our son's college textbooks. I don't know how they got our information but we are very pissed about it and are going to change our card numbers and checking acct numbers yet again and be even more careful next time. ARGH! This is such a pain!
