I was trying to make a way for my fiance to be able to make calls to me with out useing a land line and when i told them the details on my situation they assured me they could help without doing any thing to get me or him in any trouble. Well after trying for a whole month straight to get the prepaid provider to activate the account they finally told me that the my name wasn't on the number and they couldn't activate the account. I told prison call solution and they offered to send a fake bill and even offered to provide all fake information but once i noticed that it wasnt going to work i began calling them to cancel and every call was disconnected after about 3 min. then when i brung it to their attention they sent me an email saying they couldnt refund. I calledto address the issue and the support lady became very rude and tried to give me as little information about their company head and supervisors. I warn people to be careful dealing with this company because its scamming and every represenative that answers sounds like the same person just a different name.
