Complaint 10234 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Call to find out about house on craigs, person answering said to apply for the home I had to be registered with Home Star Search.com and pay a one time fee of 19.95 so I did and when I tried to access the site it would not show me homes that were for rent. On the home page there were 140 homes found but I had to register, I thought that is what I already did with the 19.95 so I did not pay and now I have jsut paid 19.95 for nothing. I tried to call to cancel but no one picks up. Lesson learned will not try this again
