I am writing this letter to let you know that I hire CC Brown to do my loan modification which they charged me $3300 for, and when I signed an agreement with them on November 17, 2010 I was told by the firm representative (Dan Boyle) that the modification process will take about 2 to 4 months, but unfortunately after exactly 4-month (March 17, 2011) I got a letter from Wells Fargo saying that “you are not eligible” because “we can only process a loan modification with input from you”. Since C.C. Brown put a Ceased and Desist on my account Wells Fargo wasn’t allowed to contact me and C.C. Brown failed to provide contact information for Wells Fargo.
After talking and listening to CC Brown representative (Sean McCall) on the phone he sounded very sincere so I decided to let them have some more time, but unfortunately it’s been over two and half months with no result.
So on June 7, 2011 I decided that I no longer need there “services” and I demand a full refund of $3,300 by the end of the month. June 30, 2011
And yet I have not received a refund from them, So I am asking the BBB off Utah to investigate the matter and help me get my refund.
