I received an email from a friend saying he had tried this service. I put the web address he gave in my browser and went through all 16 pages (I printed it out!) of the sales pitch. I was not really happy but figured if my friend was OK with it I'd give it a try. This was Tuesday night, 11PM, on April 10th. After submitting my payment I was supposed to receive a members login email within 2 hours. The next morning it still was not here. I emailed them and got a delivery failure notification. Today, the charge hit my account with a toll-free number as reference. I called and was told I was speaking with Customer Service for Web Education Members. After a lot of inane conversation about how "PLS" is just a link website they use for their business he gave me a web address (WEBEDUCATIONMEMBERS.COM) and login procedure to get my membership started. He also promised to email the sign up package I never received. I went to this new website and was unable to signin because of "incorrect password". I clicked their link for "forgotten password" and asked it be resent. I then emailed them to restate my requests for signin procedures and members packet. I have heard and received nothing. Looks like I'm out $97.95.

  • No, as of today I haven't gotten my money but, to be honest, I haven't gone after it yet. After posting my scam report I received a phone call and an email from Web Education. (My mistake, I should have come back here and reported this sooner.) Anyway, because I am now a "new member" I have 30 days from 4/11 to go after my money. I decided to let it go a few days and calm down as I've really been pissed off over this. Tomorrow I intended to go on the website and contact my "one-time counselor" before beginning the so-called training. I am quite sure by next week I will be asking for a refund as I just don't believe this is a real business. Whatever happens, I will update this site on my progress either way.
