I signed up for a free trial of Aqualift -- but did not request the serum that was a partner. I received 2 of the Aqualift products and due to a rash, tried to discontinue. After being hung up on after a 30-minute phone wait, I tried emailing my desire to discontinue. However, even though 2 mails were noted on their website as "successfully sent" they are not listed in my sent mail. I called my credit card company and they were able to contact Aqualift and I was able to discontinue the auto-refill through that contact. The product I received last was the serum -- which I HAD NOT ordered. When I talked to the lady at Aqualift, I told her I wanted all products canceled, assuming it included the serum, but I just checked the mailing envelope and it is listed as Revitalize Health and Beauty -- different from Aqualift -- but they have the same Salt Lake City addresses. I am waiting to see if I receive another product -- either serum or the lotion. If I do, I will contact my credit card company again. They were able to easily contact Aqualift, and I will dispute the charge -- as Aqualift's rep assured me I would no longer receive any product. I was out of state for over 2 months and found the 2 packages of serum in the mail upon my return -- which I did not order. The 2 packages of lotion I will take responsibility for.
