I signed up for a trial sample and paid £6.95 for the postage. I have since been charged with £99.95 and £46.90. Apparently the terms and conditions allow them to charge me with £99.95 and then a repeat order of two tubes of rubbish that does not do what it says on the box I get charged another £46.90. I did manage to get through to their offices and cancel any further orders but from what I am reading on the web that does not seem to mean anything.
I have again contacted this company only to be told you agreed to the terms and conditions but I do not recall agreeing to them charging me £99.95 for a free sample. I am not crazy.
I can see that there are thousands of customers who are experiencing the same charges and it is outrageous that they can do this.
I will continue to bombard them with calls and emails to obtain a refund but they need to be blacklisted if that is possible.
