We received a phone call from a man with a really heavy accent and he was rambiling on and we couldnt understand anything he said. So we askedcto speak to someonevelse and that man had an accent as well but ibdid hear it was gonna cost us a one time fee of 99$. We were told to call liberty phone loans in an hour and of course the number didnt work.
