I believed that I was ordering the reg-clean pro. But after I could not access them either by phone or by computer, I decided I would uninstall the regclean pro. Then they typed on the computer that I could have this service for half price which was 14.95. So I thought that was a great deal so I believed they were going to provide this service for half off. So later I checked my bank account and ther were two charges for 29.95. One was for cleverbridge ag koeln and one was for reg-clean pro. They did not clean up my pc, nor did they provide an address or phone number. I was taken back by the audasitiy because i am on a fixed income and my bank account is very low.

On their site, from where I bought that FAKE reg. cleaner is written place Las Vegas. -.-. Who is crazy here -.-.
Really this is sad, only what I hope so is that I will not have, NEVER for their good, the opportunity to find their real place, to visit them, because it could lead to serious incidents.
I highly recommend EVERYONE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY" THEY ARE FAKE, YOU WILL PAY THEIR "SOFTWARE" AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING !!! -
