I am owed $40.95 from Bidrack.com for auction items won, but never received. Also, I have proof of a connection between Bidrack.com and Nomorerack.com in the form of credit card statements and, more importantly, recent e-mail communications.
I would like to be included in the class action lawsuit against Bidrack.com.

- i got an email today from nomorerack and they say they had nothing to do with bidrack hhhmmm

- They tried to tell me the same thing, but I have credit card statements that show nomorerack was paid for items I won on Bidrack. At the time I noticed the charges, I called bidrack and was told they were associated. When bidrack went bellyup I contacted nomorerack about a refund for items I never received from bidrack & they tried to deny a connection. When I told them I have the credit card proof, they asked me to send them a copy of the statement. They then sent me a refund (actually it was a voucher for purchasing something on nomorerack) for the amount that was paid to bidrack. I also have all e-mails backing up my communication with nomorerack regarding their connection with bidrack. I heard there was a class action suit against bidrack, started by someone in California, but I can't find any info on how to become a part of it. Have you heard anything about this lawsuit?

- i talked to the bbb today, if you have proof of that and want to pursue with it heres the link for bbb in bc canada. i have no proof same comp. :(..........http://mbc.bbb.org/
