complete save, took 10 pounds from my bank without my permision,tried phoneing them but just keep geting automated message saying an operater will be with you as soon as they are free,keep you on the line but never answer you ,complete wasted of time,going to my bank tomorrow to speak to fraud complaints section to change my account details and get a new card,
