I have been withdrawing money and realized today that I should not have any more money in my account, yet when I checked my balance I still had 124.00 left in my account. When I checked my statement online I saw a deposit that took place on 4/06/12 for $250 that I was not aware of and had no idea where it had come from. I researched the name of the company and came to find out that it was from a loan company I had applied for sometime last week. I DID apply however I did NOT approve any application to be further processed. Now $100 of that money has already been spent and Im not sure what to do. I did NOT nor do not want this loan or the $75 in interest I have to pay towards it every other week. What should I do?? Im not even sure how to get ahold of this company!

  • Edward, I am having the same issue. I did not approve any loan application whatsoever! It's been going on for 2 months now and I'm still trying to resolve it. My bank is no help and I am considering, although I can't afford it, getting the advice of an attorney. I hope that you were able to get your issue resolved as I know the stress this is putting me through.
