I went online to apply for a payday loan from Instant Lending Group. I received a call from a 'Joe Mark on 6/23/11. Was told that $250 would be deposited into my account. Instead,they took $99 twice, and it had nothing to do with a loan. It was for an eplantinum membership and a savingpays membership. This is false advertising. I want my money to be refunded. The telephone number given is unreachable 818-255-9973. You have to send an email to their customer service at www.phonecashloan.com.
