My friend is 60 and he lives on disability insurance which of course as we all know is poverty level for some.

He was looking online for a Loan to help dig out from the pit so to speak.......I know that he was charged the 99.49 fee by this company becuase he showed me his online statement.

I myself have first hand experience regarding the continual bombardment of emails from other sites you must face following filling out one of these LOAN sites applications....and sometimes none of them are even lenders.....Sheesh add insult to injury during hard times and these guys are asking to be RIOTED on...

AM I RIGHT?

I am glad his account was in good standing because if it wasn't according to their terms they would have been set up dandy to share in the banks profiting of your over-drafts.

Gee I wonder who wrote thes rules up anyway.

I have helped him submit for callback regarding a a refund, so lets see what hoops they're gonna try to make him jump thru and how long it takes.
