no refund after 5 weeks keep on stalling and sending me e mails that its getting dealt with. pillar to post, iam going to the embassy in edinburgh . ive had emma francis simon emails but no result.how busy do they think they are ! its like a boiler room scam! they obviously make more money in being dishonest than being ligitamate. you phone them and expect to wait in q's for ages
