Did you ever get your issue resolved?
I received defective items from them as well and was told the same thing, they could only offer a credit.
I was a fool and placed another order, thinking this was just a fluke thing. I didn't receive any confirmation and not receiving my items, I contacted customer service. They told me that the order was processed and that I would be receiving it shortly. A week later, I received another email stating that there was a problem and my order had been cancelled. I contacted nomorerack to see what the problem was. The items that I ordered were all out of stock! They claimed to have given me a full refund, however my credit card company has only received a partial refund. Not only does this company practice false advertising and sell items that they don't even have in stock, the items that they do sell are defective. I checked with BBB and they have almost 1500 registered complaints regarding nomorerack. They do not recommend shopping with them. Wish I would've done my homework prior!

I have given you my answer on what it will take to resolve this. You have a regular form letter you send to all your customers. Your manager blamed a supplier you were "just trying out" without having inspected or done any due diligence on the products. You ask for 3 weeks for delivery which is already absurd, but fail to deliver products for months. When products are received they are not as advertised.

You have my settlement offer and I suggest you act quickly before you "run out of stock" which is your standard line when you send customers faulty or wrong items.

Lori - I finally got my complaint resolved, but I had to email/call them every day, and also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of NY. The people in charge of the company don't return your calls and the customer service people won't let you speak to a manager. Now that they have resolved my complaint, they are in a hurry for me to mark the complaint as resolved. What's the big hurry? They took FOREVER fixing this for me. I am no longer pursuing a class action suit since they finally did something. Keep bugging them and you may get some action. The squeaky wheel gets the oil!

Christy - I too, have filed a complaint about NOMORERACK but with 4 tablets! My total is 554.00 that they owe me in refunds. I am writing them daily! I seen that you want to start a class action suit against them ... I will be first on your list! I am in the Frankfort Il area. It is the same stuff over and over. Wait 5 to 7 days then wait 10 days. Have to contact the supplier ... oh (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!!! They took my money fast!!! I found the CEO name is DEEPAK AGARWAL. I wonder if that person really cares what is going on with their company?!?!?! We have returned them on January 2 and they have had them in possession since January 4, 2013!! Hey anyone else out there having the same problem??????

Yup, that's what they do. It's a pattern that is too obvious to ignore and yet they're able to get away with it. I didn't get the gifts I bought by their Christmas guarantee and honestly, I'm thankful. I planned on giving solar chargers for the I-Phone which took them almost 2 months to send and they're cheap pieces of garbage that look like Zippo lighters with a solar panel glued to the side and they don't work. They need to be shut down.

I have sent my order history in but it doesn't show really how things were handled. I would have to go through each one to see if I did receive it. I know there are things I have never received and I wrote to them calling was always agrivating they would try to appease you but no real information would be given. My real problem was when they had Insanity Deals. I was on the page many times and one would pop up and I immediately would put it in my cart and it would say they were out of stock. This happened every time I never got an insanity deal I really believe it was a scam. I would call and they would say pretty much too bad. I have a real problem with that.
