We have no way of locating your purchase using your credit card number. It seems you have downloaded our two products: Advanced System Protector and RegClean Pro.
RegClean Pro is a windows registry cleaner which helps you detect and fix registry errors and Advanced System Protector finds and remove malware infections present on your PC.
You will have to purchase each product to use it fully functionally. Once you purchase the product you can use it for a year.

Firstly, please note it seems that you are entering the key incorrectly, therefore, you receive an error message while registering the product. Therefore, we suggest that one should copy paste the key and then try to register the product.

Also, you should register the product before running scan.

Additionally, please note all our technicians who remotely check you system are Microsoft Certified. They do not harm the system and make any changes. The charges you were been informed about by the supervisor are for our Premium Support Plan, if you do not wish to go with the plan you can deny.

Please note to use the full functional version of our products you need to register then first before running a scan. Once you register them, you can enjoy the full benefits of purchased product.
