After explaining to Heather about some of these complaints posted on our website she directed me to the official of public relations Chad Christian. He was not in the office so we left a detailed message regarding consumer complaints on our site. We also sent out [email protected] regarding the same consumer complaints. We are currently waiting for a call back or email.
