Julie stated that she and National Magazine Exchange were already well aware of the current complaint posted on Scambook and that they would not be addressing any customer complaints at this time. Julie informed me that National Magazine Exchange has a third party company they hire to manage their PR and they would be the ones to address this complaint if this third party company felt it was necessary.
