2/8/13 I called Investigator Williams at (703) 348-7253 ext. 102 which was not a working number for him. The extension wasn't valid, so I tried to look him up by last name in the phone tree and that didn't work either. I was going to email them and let them know about them complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaint. However since non of the information is valid this is impossible. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
