We notified her of consumer complaints on our site and she notified us that through company policies Empower Insurance Group would not be able to resolve with consumer complaints on our site. She did however asked that we send out an email to the Department of Resolution and they might be able to assist us further. We sent out than email and are waiting for a call and/or email back from Empower Insurance Group. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
