On 9.4.2013 at 1:18 PM PST I sent a detailed email through the, "contact us" form on www.offgamers.com. I also sent a detailed email to [email protected]. I uploaded the screen shot provided by the consumer and made a detailed outline of the complaint. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses. On August 19, 2013 I received a response from a supervisor at PC Game Supply, Adam. Adam stated that they have sent an email to the consumer providing directions on how to access his code (to game card). Another email was sent with the key code for the customer to view in the email. I am still working on getting a response from the second company, OffGamers.com; and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
