  • Scambook called 1and1 and spoke with Dawn and Jarred 2 customer service representatives. They both notified us to send an email to [email protected]. Currently we are waiting for a call or email back and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • Scambook attempted to call 1and1 but, the answering machine loops around and there's no one at the end of the line. We did however send out a detailed email regarding consumer complaints on our site. Currently we are waiting for a call back or email from 1and1. Scambook will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • I contacted 1and1 on 09/28/2012 at 5:09pm PST by dialing (877) 461-2631 and spoke with Steven in support. Steven was unaware of the profile for the company on Scambook and directed me to send an email to the company.

  • I called 1and1.com on 8/30/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and alerted them to the complaints and monetary damage posted on Scambook. She advised me to email her Public Relations Manager which I have already done. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
