I called InTouchVoip.com at 888-791-1163 on 3/26/2013. In spoke to a third party call center regarding the public profile and large number of consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I stated that none of our phone calls nor emails have generated responses from the upper management at InTouchVoip. I was advised to send another email.

I made an additional call to InTouchVoip at 888-791-1163 on 3/1/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep regarding the public profile and consumer complaint on Scambook. He directed me to send an email to [email protected]. I await their response.

I attempted to contact InTouchVoip.com at 2:25pm by dialing (888) 791-1163. Again, this number led straight to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted InTouchVoip.com on 11-16-12 at 11:00am PST by dialing (888) 791-1163 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Tom who notified me that they were a third party and directed me through the proper channels. Subsequently, I did send an email to [email protected]. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 11/15/2012 Scambook mailed InTouchVoip.com a letter, via First Class Mail, to 702 N. West Street

Wilmington , DE 19801 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook sent an additional email to InTouchVoip at [email protected] on 10/8/2012. I reminded them of the growing number of complaints and monetary damage reported to Scambook. Scambook is currently waiting for a response.

I called InTouchVoip at 888-791-1163 on 8/31/2012. Unfortunately no one was available but I did leave a voice mail. I advised them to go onto Scambook and look at the complaints posted. I also emailed them at [email protected] with the same information, along with the monetary damage reported. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

Scambook contacted InTouchVoip at 888-791-1163, on 8/21/2012 2:40pm. We were connected to a third party customer service company that handles their inbound customer service calls. We spoke with Peter who was in charge of the customer service department and he directed us to email [email protected] to inform them of the complaints.
