I fully informed Yvonne of the public business profile on Scambook for Comcast Cable . Yvonne provided me with an email address where I sent a detailed email fully outlining Comcast Cable's public complaints and options to resolve it. I provided all of my direct contact information if Comcast Cable has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

I spoke to Myra, an executive assistant whom I fully informed of Comcast Cable s public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Myra stated that she recorded my direct contact information and that she will pass it on to the appropriate department.
