  • I attempted to contact Prison Call Solutions at 11:38am by dialing (214) 390-6292. This number went straight to voicemail. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a reply.

  • I attempted to contact Prison Call Solutions at 12:11pm by dialing (214) 390-6292 and spoke with a representative. I informed her of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. She stated that all supervisors are currently busy on the phones and took down my contact information to submit for a callback from Rico, one of the floor supervisors. I also sent an email to [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

  • I called Prison Call Solutions at 214-390-6292 on 11/16/2012. I spoke to a customer service rep who gave me the phone number of Rico Blanco who is the head of their billing department. I attempted to contact Mr. Blanco at 214-669-6125 but the number was no longer in service. I will be contacting Prison Call Solutions again to inform them of this and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I attempted to contact Prison Call Solutions at 5:15pm by dialing (214) 390-6292. An automated message put me on hold and eventually stated that all agents are unavailable to take my call and sent me to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback.
