  • I contacted iTok on 2-4-13 at 3:30pm PST by dialing (866) 515-4865 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Lexie who notified me that a decision maker was unavailable, but I did give her my information to pass off through the proper channels. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called iTok at 866-514-4865 on 12/20/2012. I spoke to a customer service rep in regards to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I requested a call back from Randy B. who is the customer service manager. She is passing off my information to Randy for a call back. I await his response.

  • I called iTok at (866) 515-4865 on 9/17/2012. I left a message with the customer service rep to have a supervisor from iTok to call me back. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
