  • On 10/02/2012 at 9:58AM PST an account representative named Kara from Bid Gunner returned my previous phone call and message left at (800) 816-5260. I directed Kara to Bid Gunner's public profile on Scambook so she would have an opportunity to read the current unresolved customer complaint. Kara stated that she was not even going to bother to respond to the current complaint as that person who left the complaint does not understand how Bid Gunner operates. Kara made it very clear that Bid Gunner does not want to resolve the current complaints on Scambook.

  • On 10/02/2012 at 9:45AM PST I dialed (800) 816-5260 to contact Bid Gunner. My call was not answered however I did leave a detailed message informing Bid Gunner of their public company profile on Scambook along with the current unresolved customer complaint. I left Bid Gunner all of my contact information as well so a decision maker from Bid Gunner will be able to contact me if they have any questions or need assistance resolving Bid Gunner customer complaints.

  • On 10/02/2012 Scambook mailed Bid gunner a letter, via First Class Mail, to PO Box 81836
    Chamblee, GA 30366 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
