  • An email update was sent to eTours and Travel on 3/27/2013 regarding their profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I am currently waiting for a response from the business and will update our users if there are any developments regarding this profile.

  • I contacted eTours and Travel on 2/7/2013 by dialing (407) 658-8285. I spoke with Keith Rogers and notified him about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints for his company on Scambook. Because Keith was unaware of Scambook, I provided him with some information about Scambook and our Business Resolve platform. Despite my efforts, Keith said he has no interest in our services. According to Keith, "I already know there's a lot of bad stuff about us." eTours and Travel will not be resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook at this time.
