On 7/17/2013 at 11:18 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing LibertyPaydayOnline of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

On 04/02/2013 Scambook mailed LibertyPaydayOnline a letter, via First Class Mail, to RG Solomon Arcade, Suite 11
P.O. Box 605
Charlestown informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact LibertyPaydayOnline at 9:44am by dialing (202) 643-7256. This number went straight to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I then attempted to contact them by dialing (818) 528-4502 and this number was answered by a third party calling center for Money Plus Saver. I spoke with Candice and informed her that I was trying to get a hold of LibertyPaydayOnline. Candice stated that they are not LibertyPaydayOnline and that they do not have any affiliation with them. I then dialed (609) 318-9648 and this number stated that I was not calling from a subscriber's phone number and disconnected the call. I submitted an email in their contact us form on their website. I am currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook's First Class Mail Notification Letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

I attempted to contact LibertyPaydayOnline at 3:21pm by dialing 888-270-4110 and spoke to James. I informed James of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. James stated that they are just an application center and do not have any information and do not handle customer service. I asked James if he had direct contact information for a customer service team and he stated that he did not have any contact information. I submitted an email in their contact us form on their website with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact LibertyPaydayOnline on 11/9/2012 at 11:08am PST by dialing (609) 318-9648. The only way to get in contact with this company is to have a subscribing number to their service.

On 11/09/2012 Scambook mailed Www.LibertyPaydayOnline.com a letter, via First Class Mail, to 123 Main St.
Atlantic City, NJ 08401 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to follow up with LibertyPaydayOnline at 10:11am by dialing (877) 678-3059 and spoke to a representative who stated that that number was purely for applications and that they do not have any actual account information there and do not deal with any matters for existing accounts. I asked her for any direct contact information and she stated that they do not have any. I then attempted to contact them by dialing (202) 643-7256 and this number went straight to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected].

I contacted LibertyPayDayOnline at 10:48am by dialing (877) 678-3059 and spoke with Laura. I asked to speak to a manager in regards to the profile for LibertyPayDayOnline. Laura transferred me to a voicemail box for extension 6666. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected]. I am currently waiting for a response.
