  • I called Verizon Wireless at 800-922-0204 on 2/6/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep regarding the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. The rep advised me to send a letter to the corporate office. I asked if there was a more direct way to communicate with upper management form Verizon Wireless and there was not.

  • I emailed Verizon Wireless at [email protected] on 9/27/2012. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
