  • On 10/30/2012 at 9:40AM PST I dialed (818) 255-9971 to contact Savings Pay Club Membership. This is Elizabeth Smith's direct line who is a supervisor at Savings Pay Club Membership. I thanked her for finally returning my phone call after hours after I have been waiting for almost an entire month to speak to her. Elizabeth informed me that her nor anyone at Savings Pay Club Membership would be offering any kind of resolution to any of there many customers that have reached out through Scambook in hopes of getting some kind of resolution. Savings Pay Club Membership have been made fully aware of each posted complaint and have chosen to disregard all of them as it does not directly concern them at this time.

  • On 10/28/2012 at 4:57PM PST I dialed (818) 380-5710 to contact Savings Pay Club Membership. Cameron answered my call and I asked Cameron to please speak to a supervisor named Elizabeth. Cameron stated that Elizabeth and no other supervisor was available to address my call at the moment. I expressed my great concern to Cameron that I have been waiting since 10/02/2012 for a return call from a decision maker at Savings Pay Club Membership and no one has cared to call me back yet regarding this urgent issue. Cameron promised me a return call within 24 hours. I informed Cameron that each time I as an investigator contacts Savings Pay Club Membership am required to fully document the conversation publicly. I will update everyone as this investigation continues still.
