I have informed Razor Focus of the numerous times I have attempted to contact and have not received a response. I left all of my contact information if Razor Focus Customer Research Inc. has any questions or interest in resolving these complaints.

  • On 7/23/2013 1:38 PM PST, I dialed (917) 745-8369 to contact RazorFocus Customer Research Inc. There was a voice message informing me that this was a magic jack number and the user is unavailable. I then called (347) 391-6040 and there was no answer, but I did inform this number of the public business profile and public complaints for RazorFocus on Scambook. I then dialed (203) 504-3240, and I spoke to Nicole, customer service representative whom I fully informed of RazorFocus's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Nicole stated that she recorded my direct contact information and that she will pass it on to her Senior Manager so that he could call me back.
