  • On 11/14/2012 at 10:59am PST, I attempted to contact Byte Spike LLC by dialing 888 672 5617. My call was disconnected by a representative as I asked to turn my volume up.

  • I contacted Byte Spike on 10/4/2012 at 10:29am PST by dialing (888) 623-7087. I spoke with Michelle in customer service who informed me she was not affiliated with Byte Spike and worked for a third party call center that took calls for the company. I provided Michelle with my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response from Byte Spike.
