I attempted to make a follow up call to US Financial Resources on 1/24/2013 by dialing (866) 549-6225. I had previously been in contact with Craig Anderson, but have been unable to get a response from him to determine if US Financial Resources would be resolving their consumer complaints. Unfortunately, my call was transferred to his voice mail where I left a detailed message with my contact information. I am still waiting for a response from US Financial Resources and will continue to update our users if there are any changes regarding this matter.

A follow up call to US Financial Resources was made on 12/27/2012. I received a voice mail and left a detailed message with all of my contact information. I am currently waiting for a response to determine if US Financial Resources will be resolving with their consumers on Scambook. I will update our users if there are any changes or developments in regards to this situation.

I have been in communication with US Financial Resources and provided the company with information and Scambook and Business Resolve. I am currently waiting for a response to determine if the company will be moving forward and resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook. I will update everyone if there are any new developments regarding this situation.

I made a follow up call to US Financial Resources on 10/31/2012 at 10:17am PST by dialing (801) 796-1530. I left a message on the company's voice mail with my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response. I will continue to update our users as this situation continues to develop.

US Financial Resources contacted Scambook on 10/23/2012 at 10:54am PST. I provided the company with more information about Scambook and Business Resolve. I will be following up with the company to determine if they will be resolving with their consumers on Scambook. I will update our users as this situation continues to develop.

I called US Financial Services on 8/29/2012. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and he said he was the one to talk to. I informed him about the complaints and monetary damages reported on Scambook. He said he had heard of Scambook and will be passing my information off to his superiors. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
